Our generator was not working as it should and our house lost power. Even though there were widespread outages and demand was very high for electric repair services, Benfield stepped up and showed up, and Trent spent several hours here getting things back on and explaining what happened. He diagnosed a problem with our generator, identified the part that needs to be replaced and promised a service visit before the week is over.  He also spent time showing me how to operate the generator if we lose power again before that install. It was a very hot day and Trent was out there for hours working on our issue and was still very generous with his time explaining the problem and the solution. We are grateful that we have a maintenance contract with Benfield and very grateful that Benfield has Trent.
